Blackberry Wine Vinegar

Made with ripe, premium grade blackberries. Primarily used as a dressing for salads. Also great with oysters, salmon and trout, deglazing pans, in marinades for lamb or duck and for poaching fruit and drizzling over fruit salad. Can be used as an alternative to balsamic vinegar or lemon juice.
