Established in 2002 by Nicki and Dave Penn, Cuttaway Creek is a thirty-acre property located at Woodlands in the Southern Highlands of NSW. The cool climate of the Southern Highlands provides ideal growing conditions for farming raspberries, blackberries and rhubarb. We also produce a range of multi award-winning jams, sauces and vinegars. Our products are handmade on the farm using 100% Australian grown premium fruit, sourced from our farm and directly from other Australian growers, most of whom are small and family owned, like us.
All of our products are manufactured in small batches, using traditional recipes in our commercial kitchen which holds HACCP certification. They are all natural and contain no preservatives, no colourings and no flavourings. Our approach to making our products is simple…real fruit, real flavour.
